Grades, origins and what actually drives the price
Indonesian cassia (Korintje) is our volume line, offered in standard KA, KB and KC grades along with broken and chip forms for grinders. Vietnamese cassia carries higher oil and a more pungent profile, favoured by manufacturers making strong garam masala and tea premix.
For buyers who genuinely need true cinnamon — bakery, premium retail, export packing — we bring Ceylon cinnamon quills from Sri Lanka in Alba, C5 Special and H1 grades. Coumarin content differs sharply between cassia and true cinnamon, so we put in writing which one you are getting.
