Grades, origins and what actually drives the price
Indian cumin from the Unjha and Gujarat lines is the workhorse grade, with Turkish and Syrian origin available when buyers want a longer, darker seed and a sharper aroma. Purity is quoted honestly — 98%, 99% or 99.5% machine-cleaned — because that last one percent is exactly what shows up as stone and stalk on your sortex line.
For masala grinders we supply pre-cleaned, low-ash cumin that goes straight into the mill without a second cleaning pass. For repackers we hold singed cumin with a uniform dark tone that stays consistent inside a transparent pouch.
