Grades, origins and what actually drives the price
We supply black, brown and yellow mustard seed at 98–99% purity, graded on oil content for crushing buyers as well as for masala and pickle manufacturers who need whole seed. Canadian yellow mustard is available for table-mustard and continental condiment makers.
White poppy seed (posto dana) is sourced from Türkiye, the Czech Republic and India. Poppy seed is a regulated commodity, so we handle full origin and import documentation and will not supply it without a clean paper trail.
