Grades, origins and what actually drives the price
Indonesian nutmeg is the main line — ABCD shelled, sound whole, and BWP (broken, wormy, punky) for extraction buyers who only need the oil. Grenadian nutmeg is available where buyers specify it. Sizes are quoted as count per kilo so you know exactly what you are packing.
Mace grades on colour: pale-yellow blades command a premium for retail and premium masala, while red and broken mace serves grinders. We do not blend colour grades into a single lot.
