Ordering, materials, payment and delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale or bulk buyers?
For pieces held in stock, we sell single items upward, so individual buyers are welcome alongside shops. For wholesale and bulk orders the minimum depends on the item, and the exact figure is confirmed with your quote.
Do you take custom or made-to-order requests?
Yes. Send a photo, a colour reference or an idea and tell us the size and quantity you need. We will confirm whether we can match it and give you a price and a delivery timeline before you commit.
What does "eco-friendly" actually mean for these products?
It means the materials themselves: cotton yarn, bamboo, jute rope and fiber, natural grass fiber, and wood. No plastic filler is used in the pieces we make. We describe materials plainly rather than making blanket eco claims we cannot back up.
How do I care for jute, bamboo, crochet and macrame pieces?
Keep them dry and out of direct water. Spot clean with a barely damp cloth and let them air dry fully before use or storage. Avoid soaking any piece, since natural fiber, jute and bamboo can warp or weaken if left wet.
What payment terms do you offer?
Cash and bank transfer for shop and delivery orders. Advance payment is required to start custom or made-to-order pieces before work begins.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes. We deliver across Dhaka and dispatch to other districts nationwide. Delivery cost and timeline are quoted with your order, before dispatch.
Can you do corporate or festival bulk gifting with branding?
Yes. We can produce small branded batches for corporate and festival gift orders — tell us the quantity, occasion and any branding you need and we will quote it.
How long does a custom order take?
Simple customizations on an existing design are usually ready within a few days. A fully custom piece takes longer — we confirm a realistic timeline with your quote before you order.
Where exactly are you located, and can I visit?
Shop No. 100, 5 No. Gulbodon Super Market, Moulvi Bazar, Dhaka-1211, Bangladesh. That is inside Moulvi Bazar. Walk-in visitors are welcome to see and handle the pieces during business hours: Saturday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM · Friday closed.
